Participation in The Marketing and Referral Program provides a number of unique advantages for Members that want to maintain or establish a strong presence in the due diligence services arena. The Program is designed to provide a range of incentives for Participants in the Program and, accordingly, share in the rewards that our system can provide.

The Marketing and Referral Program defines a number of values, guidelines and tangible tools to ensure that the relationship amongst all the stakeholders, including Participating Members, The Association of Due Diligence Professionals itself, and of course all of our clients, is fruitful, rewarding and dynamic.

Participant Definitions

In today's highly competitive business climate, we have resources that can deliver support services necessary for complete and well-integrated due diligence solutions to meet client requirements. Resources in several dozen countries provide quite an array of powerful due diligence solutions to meet clients' mission critical business decisions. Members who choose to participate in the Marketing and Referral Program will have several skill sets. Those skills are defined as:
  • The business acumen to gain credibility in the executive suite,
  • The ability to sell services with consultative characteristics, and
  • The ability to manage the resources required to deliver client solutions.

Participant Program

  • You can receive a wide range of support and incentives, including sales tools, co-marketing, sales support & training, discounts for service sales, and other benefits.
  • The Program will actively generate sales leads for you.
  • We identify the right resources to meet the needs of your clients and referrals, and help forge relationships that are beneficial to all.
  • We engage the time, energy and skills of the best available resources to match them with each client’s needs
  • At the Referral Level, Participants will have significant presence, expertise, and business knowledge in addressing the business requirements clients have in their specific industries, whether in due diligence or other industries.
  • At the Sales Commission level, Participants will have well-established expertise in delivering professional services, take responsibility for the delivery of services, and will often be recognized as industry leaders with significant market influence in specific business market niches, local, regional, national, or international.
  • You can resell the full line of due diligence services of all our Resources.
  • Commissions: 10-35%
  • Referral Fees: 2-10%
  • At the Sales Commission level, Participants will also provide case stories for use in marketing and PR.
  • You have the option to participate in Research Programs and Product/Service Beta Test Programs.
  • Leading Participants may also be invited to participate on various Advisory Boards.
  • You will receive The Program Logo and description to place on their websites, and automatically receive credit and registration of all people clicking on the Logo.
